Carol, the Executive Director of ABC Connects Inc. brings more than 35 years of corporate, consulting, academic and not-for profit management experience supporting internal and external clients, individuals, organizations and communities in development and transformation.

She is recognized as a technology pioneer integrating people, process and technology to increase performance through learning. Carol was adjunct faculty and a visiting professor at Pace University’s Lubin School of Business for more than fifteen years. As a member of the core faculty team, in the Executive MBA program, she taught with five professors. The AACBS evaluation team said that the cohort, project based blended learning program was unique and ahead of its time.  She also taught at the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town in South Africa launching the first knowledge management elective in 2000.

Carol is a leader, committed to rigor and relevance in each of her projects. She designs and facilitates programs to increase performance through learning using knowledge management and organization learning methods. She is the co-founder of SOLUTIONS for Information & Management Services Inc., a consulting company specializing in virtual teams, document and knowledge management. Carol co-founded ABC Connects as a not-for-profit to build stronger communities by strengthening schools.

She is the author of Performance Through Learning: Knowledge Management in Practice, several book chapters and academic articles.
