Amiel Handelsman is the host of How My View Grew, a podcast that dives deep into humanity’s challenges by looking at big thinkers who have changed their minds. As a writer and podcast guest, he explores the human dimension of complex global challenges like democracy, the Middle East, climate change, the culture wars, and “race.” In his professional practice, Amiel helps executives and teams navigate complexity and grow a bit along the way. His clients use new conversation habits to make clear commitments, deliver what they promise, and do this with more ease. Amiel has written five books including Practice Greatness, Reimagining American Identity, and How to be an Anti-race Antiracist. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University. He lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan with his wife and two sons.
