Learn a foundational framework for leading organizational transformation. This nine-module online program teaches you a transformation and development process, including worksheets, assessments, reflection questions, interviews and podcasts with thought leaders, and a case study. If you enroll in the self-study option, you can go at your own pace. If you enroll as part of a group, you’ll get to collaborate with your fellow students on project deliverables. Either way, this program will be a companion for your real-world organizational transformation projects. The weekly commitment will vary based on your role and project schedule.
INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP ALIGNMENT AND OPERATING MODEL ASSESSMENT
$25,000-75,000 per person
A thorough assessment of your leadership team to identify essential thought processes, agreements, and action items that underpin your culture and create alignment across the most crucial facets of your organizational systems.
We accomplish this by pairing in Innovative Leadership facilitator with your project sponsor to identify assessment goals and areas of focus. Next, each key leader completes an assessment of both current and future states, which may include thirty key factors or a smaller subset of factors deemed most relevant to your organizational needs. Then your facilitator conducts a series of meetings to reconcile current and future states, and walk your leadership team through the mindsets, agreements, and action items that will have the most organizational impact.
EXECUTIVE COACHING PROGRAM
$31,500 per person/9-month program
An intensive program that helps you enhance and build upon your leadership skills. Along with 1-on-1 coaching, we’ll do an in-depth assessment of your current capabilities and move through a curriculum tailored to your specific goals. This comprehensive approach will accelerate your development far beyond a traditional coaching-only or leadership-only program. You’ll also have the option to complete the Innovative Leadership Foundation program in conjunction and receive a joint certification from the Innovative Leadership Institute and the Franklin University Mason Leadership Center.
EXECUTIVE ADVISORY PROGRAM
$6,000 per person/month
Ongoing coaching, advising, and consulting to support your key initiatives. Connect with your advisor through daily emails, weekly calls, and other as-needed support to help you quickly execute high-priority initiatives. You’ll also gain access to a curated library of tools and processes that support your development goals—a 3-month minimum commitment.
