She has global experience, with specific expertise in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capability building and organizational transformation, particularly in challenged settings.
Her work spans a broad range of environments including public and private companies, non-profits and the US federal government. Previous roles include leading strategy and M&A for a private equity-owned company and co-leading a $380m healthcare line of business for a Fortune 200 company. She has 12 years of M&A experience on transactions ranging from $30m to $1.5b.
Carla is a creative, critical thinker who excels at aligning diverse perspectives to achieve sustainable results. She has developed scalable, profitable, high-functioning teams and organizations, and is known for building capability in new or underperforming functions. Sector expertise includes technology, finance and healthcare, with deep experience in the areas of finance, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, HR, operations, sales operations, IT and contracts.
Carla works with ILI clients in strategic advisory and part-time executive roles, leveraging the Innovative Leadership framework to achieve exceptional results. She holds a BA in Economics from George Mason University and is a certified Innovative Leadership Facilitator and Rapid Transformational Therapist.
