|Innovative Leadership Alignment and Operating Model Assessment
|During this facilitated process, an ILI team member will work with your project sponsor to identify assessment goals and focus. Each key leader completes their assessment of the current and future state (this could include all thirty factors or a subset most relevant to your situation). Then, your facilitator conducts meeting(s) to reconcile current and future states and identify essential thought processes, agreements, and action items that underpin your culture and create alignment across crucial facets of your organizational systems.

|1-on-1 Innovative Leadership Envision Success Coaching
|This executive coaching and advising program helps you lead your organizational envisioning efforts. This effort is the foundation for your change or transformation initiatives. A coach and advisor works with key executives and sponsors to structure your change initiatives. This service balances strong strategic guidance with executive coaching that allows strong leaders to elevate their leadership to meet the needs of the changing organization. You may use select modules from the organization transformation foundation program, the innovative leadership tools, and a leadership assessment to help you define your vision, and values, as well as align key elements of your systems, culture, and leadership. Content will be tailored to your goals. Your coach and advisor may also work with you to deliver organizational assessments and facilitate group sessions. These services will be priced separately.
