Fabienne Perlov has over twelve years of growing leadership experience in the field of public diplomacy, international development and forced migration.
Beyond her Executive Director role at the San Diego Diplomacy Council, she has leadership experience at the United Nations, French government and non-governmental organizations in United States, Canada, the West Bank, Israel, France, Azerbaijan, Russian Federation, and the Caribbean area. She speaks five languages and holds a Master in International Development Studies.
