Jim has almost 30 years working within the Healthcare industry, first as a clinician then leader with the University of Virginia Healthsystems, OhioHealth and Ohio State University Medical Center; and now he is a teacher and coach. He has advised many levels of healthcare associates including informal leaders, front line managers, physicians and executive leadership and is now physician practice lead at Metcalf & Associates. In addition, Jim is currently on Faculty at Ohio University and Franklin University.
Jim is a graduate of the Georgetown University Executive Leadership Coaching Program. In addition, he received his Master’s Degree in Communications from The Ohio State University, and his Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from The Ohio State University.
