JESSE W. NEWTON is the founder and CEO of Simplify Work, a global consultancy that specializes in unburdening organizations from paralyzing complexity (www.simplifywork.com). His clients include Mondelez International, McDonalds Corporation, and PepsiCo. Prior to launching Simplify Work, Newton was a senior member of Booz & Company’s Organization, Change and Leadership consulting practice and also spent a number of years consulting around the world with Ernst & Young’s People & Organizational Change practice. As an expert advisor in Northwestern University’s Designing for Organization Effectiveness post graduate program (DOEC), Newton provides practical coaching and speaks on topics ranging from Organization Design to Culture and Talent Management. He is also the author of Three Secrets of Organization Effectiveness, published in the Strategy + Business publication. Newton received his Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University.
