Mark James Oversees Business Development for American Electric Power, (AEP), an 11-state investor owned electric utility. Oversees national accounts, economic development, strategic marketing and our Associated Business Development subsidiary. Mark serves as the Vice Chair for the Junior Achievement Achieve More Effort and board member, the Vice-Chairman for Company Name Appalachian Partnership for Economic Growth (APEG) and is an Associate Dean for the Economic Development Institute.
