Victor has a 20+ year career as a leader in business and government. As the Chief Operating Officer of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, he led a division of 300 people. As a Bain & Company consultant, he helped clients across the US and Europe develop successful business strategies. Victor has an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
