She is an entrepreneurial Operations Excellence and IT Leader with 20+ years of experience leading and facilitating executive teams to bring operating scale to their business, deliver work process and service innovations and transformational change, and, in turn, accelerate growth. These efforts led to $1.75+billion in savings and growth. As the role of CXO/COO/CTO/CIO continues to evolve and with increasing digital risks, Hybrid work environments, the emergence of AI, industry convergence, and global operating models, she helps Leaders to create and sustain value for the business. She provides thought leadership in scaling business strategy and execution of that strategy, data and analytics strategy, increasing customer and employee engagement, operational excellence via Agile and Lean Six Sigma (LSS), and improving user experience (UX).

Before founding RDMC, Rini worked as a consultant with Rath and Strong Management Consulting, part of Aon Corporation and as a transformation and quality consultant at various healthcare systems in Ohio.
